This new Payroll Feature works well in any clinical or practice environment. Therapists and clinicians can easily track their time in the office, on the road, or working directly with clients, and assign a variety of different pay rates.

The Total ABA Payroll Feature, is HIPAA compliant and very easy to use. Some of the capabilities include:

  • Flexible set up for pay codes and pay periods
  • Tracking staff time via Session times, or by using a Clock In/Clock Out feature
  • Recording pay amounts and overtime at the end of the pay period
  • Designating payroll approvals at various levels
  • Creating custom reports
  • Exporting payroll data to an external payroll processor
